What to have ready before you call Access Wireless
Your enrollment or application ID, the phone number on the account, and the exact wording of any error or status you are seeing. Call from a different phone than the Access Wireless line if the handset itself is the problem. For a stuck application, the fix usually lives with the National Verifier documents rather than the carrier, so have your benefit letter to hand and check its date is inside 12 months.

What is the Access Wireless phone number?
There are two. Existing customers call 1-866-594-3644 or dial 611 from their Access Wireless phone. People who have not enrolled yet call 1-888-900-5899. Support runs Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm Eastern and Sunday 10am to 7pm Eastern, so the line is open later than most Lifeline carriers.
