What you can do in My Account
Check your remaining minutes and data, see your plan details, update your mailing address (this matters: annual recertification letters go there, and a missed letter is the #1 reason free service gets cut), request a replacement device, and review your enrollment status. Some carriers also let you complete recertification directly from the account dashboard.
Locked out? The fix order
- Use "Forgot password" with the email or phone number you enrolled with, not a newer one.
- Check spam/junk for the reset email; resets often land there.
- Still nothing? Call 1-877-476-3451. Don't create a second account, which can flag your enrollment as a duplicate.
Common questions
Is Easy Wireless the same as easywireless.com?
No, and this trips people up. easywireless.com is a parked domain listed for sale by a domain broker. The carrier's real site is myeasywireless.com. Anything asking for your Social Security number or benefit documents on the shorter domain is not Easy Wireless.
What states does Easy Wireless cover?
Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri and Oklahoma. USAC's federal carrier data confirms exactly those four, and their FAQ describes plans for the same four. Their About page says the company focuses "primarily in Oklahoma, including service for eligible consumers living on qualifying Tribal lands," which matches what the store map shows.
How much data does Easy Wireless give you?
It depends on your state more than with almost any other carrier we track. Arkansas and Missouri: 350 minutes, unlimited text, 4.5GB. Kentucky and Oklahoma: 1,000 minutes, unlimited text, and 25MB of data. That 25MB figure is what their own FAQ publishes, and it is roughly enough for email and nothing else. Oklahoma Tribal customers do far better: unlimited talk and text with 4.5GB on the FAQ, or 6GB on the plans page. Their pages disagree, so confirm at enrollment.
Where are the Easy Wireless stores?
41 locations across 35 Oklahoma towns, including four in Tulsa and stores in Ada, Altus, Ardmore, Atoka, Bartlesville, Chickasha, Claremore, Duncan, Durant, Enid, Lawton, McAlester, Muskogee, Ponca City, Shawnee and Tahlequah, among others. If your documents are messy or you hit one of their device errors, walking in is faster than the phone queue.
What is the Easy Wireless customer service number?
1-877-476-3451, or dial 611 from an Easy Wireless phone. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, which is 8am to 5pm Central, closed Sunday. For anything that changes your account details, name, address, date of birth, use Compliance@MyEasyWireless.com instead, and do it before you recertify.
Is Easy Wireless legit?
Yes. Easy Telephone Services Company, LLC is an eligible telecommunications carrier and appears in USAC's official Lifeline company data for its four states. Fair warning on site hygiene: several pages still market the Affordable Connectivity Program as though it were running, and ACP ended in 2024. Do not start an ACP application there. Lifeline is the live program.
Gov-Grants.org is an independent guide, not a carrier and not a government agency. We never charge fees, and every fact above links to its source with the date we checked it. Program details change; confirm on the official site before applying.
