What the TruConnect account lets you do
Check remaining minutes and data, see the plan you are on, and update the mailing address. The address matters more than it looks: annual recertification notices go there, and a missed notice is the most common reason free service ends. Where the carrier allows it you can also request a replacement device and complete recertification from the dashboard.
Locked out of TruConnect? The order to try things
- Use the password or PIN reset with the email or number you enrolled with, not a newer one.
- Check spam and promotions folders. Reset emails land there more often than not.
- Still nothing? Call 1-800-430-0443. Do not create a second account; a duplicate can flag your enrollment.
